WHO WE ARE

     We, High Technology Application One Member Company Limited are a state-owned company founded in 1997 and were authorized by Ministry of National Defense. We mainly operate in the field of following areas:

+ Defense and Security; 
+ Technology transfer and application consulting;
+ Import-export;
+ Providing overall solution, products and technical services in marine, transportation, telecommunication & information technology, energy ... and overall solution for document management and office mobile storage compact 
+ Mechanical production;
+ Education.

OUR ORGANIZATION

OUR HISTORY

<1997>

High Technology Application One Member Company Limited (HiTACO Co.,Ltd) whose predecessor company was High Technology Application Company, established in November 21st ,1997 under Decision No.1611/QD-QP issued by the Ministry of National Defense (MOD). HiTACO is a state-owned company, authorized by the MOD, with mission and function in various fields. Besides undertaking national defense - security missions, the company also carries on trade performance for economic development. 

<2002>

In 2002, Technology Transfer Consulting Service Company which belonged to General Department of Defense Industry was merged into High Technology Application Company under Decision No. 168/2002/QD-BQP issued by MOD and opened up a whole new field. In the middle of 2005, the company was integrated several member departments and expand operation area. 

<2009>

Pursuant to Prime Minister’s decision no 339/QD-TTg on 31st August 2008, subjected to enterprise re-organization, on November 24th, 2009, the MOD assigned Decision No. 4387/QD-BQP to transform High Technology Application Company into High Technology Application One Member Company Limited.
